A recent study by Neilsen Thailand concerning eating out behavior of consumers in 52 countries, found that Thai people tend to eat out more often than other countries. There are many reasons that nowadays people like to eat out such as convenience, cheaper than buying all the ingredients, trying new taste, and celebrating occasions. This behavior causes them to choose smaller rice packaging for cook at home according to their lifestyle; city life, single life, small family and for those who doesn’t cook at home. So, they can avoid facing weevil’s problem if they keep the rice too long.
